Crock-Pot Chili #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat or venison
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    4 oz. tomato paste
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    16 oz. can tomatoes, drained and crushed
    12 oz. beer
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and diced
    1 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened. Drain.
    Put in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
