Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 medium or small head of cabbage, cut up
1 cream of celery soup (can)
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
dash of salt and pepper
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pkg. Townhouse crackers, crumbled up
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with margarine.
Mix onion, cabbage, celery soup, mayonnaise, egg, pepper and salt all together well.
Spread in casserole dish, then top with cheese. Then add cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
