Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced carrots
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 roll saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Mix squash, onion, soup, 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, mushrooms and sour cream.
    Crumble crackers and add to other ingredients.
    Put remainder of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
