Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 egg yolk
3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. cream
1 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat milk, cream and egg yolk together.
Put in microwave on High for 2 minutes, then add brown sugar, butter and flour and cook on High.
Check every 2 minutes and stir until thick, about 8 minutes.
Makes one pie; double for 2 pies!
