Brunt'S Favorite Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion
    4 c. cooked, shredded chicken
    1 (24 oz.) size salsa*
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    3 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced black olives
Preparation
    *Choose your own strength, we use Old El Paso medium.
