Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender; peel.
    Shred potatoes. Combine potatoes with sour cream, 1 cup cheese, carrot, onion, parsley, salt, dill weed and pepper.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese; sprinkle on paprika.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes.
