Grilled Squash Or Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash or zucchini
    vegetable oil
    cornmeal
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and cut off ends of squash or zucchini; slice lengthwise, making slices about 1/8-inch thick.
    Rub lightly with vegetable oil.
    Roll in cornmeal (this will be a light coating).
    Place on a hot grill; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Also use other seasonings, if desired.
    Cook until soft to the touch.
    The amount you prepare will depend on size of squash and number of people being served.
