Cheesy Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 to 2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 cup margarine in 3-quart casserole.
    Combine potatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup; place in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; bake covered.
    Saute corn flake crumbs in remaining margarine and spread on top of mixture.
    Bake for additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
