Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and deboned
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 cans cream of broccoli soup
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and cut in small pieces.
    Take part of Ritz crackers, mix with 1/2 of margarine.
    Layer on bottom.
    Place chicken over Ritz; mix sour cream, soup and poppy seed together and pour over chicken.
    Then put balance of Ritz next and pour margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until brown.
