Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. onion
    2 c. celery
    water
    salt to taste
    black pepper
    potatoes (5 medium or as needed)
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add flour and cook a few minutes.
    Add water to make a loose gravy.
    Add the chicken and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
    Add cut up potatoes. Season to taste.
