Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. crab meat
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except crab meat.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add crab meat and mix well.
    Form into 1 dozen cakes. Deep fry at 350\u00b0 about 3 to 5 minutes, turning once until golden brown.
