City Slicker Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can lima beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can navy beans, drained
3 small onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil or bacon drippings
1/2 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Combine all beans with onion and garlic.
In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
Pour over bean mixture and stir until beans are coated with sauce.
Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Remove cover and cook for another 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
