Countryside Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice (long grain and wild)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. water
3 chicken breasts, split
Preparation

Place rice in greased 8 x 12-inch casserole.
Cover with combined vegetables and seasoning.
Combine soup and mayonnaise and mix well.
Gradually add water to soup mixture.
Mix well until blended.
Pour half soup mixture over rice and vegetables. Top with chicken.
Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked. Sprinkle with paprika.
