Cabbage Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 medium potato, diced in small cubes
1 c. water
2 c. milk
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
Preparation

Put butter, cabbage and potato in water and cook until tender. Add milk and Swiss cheese.
Heat just enough to melt cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Very good.
Can be frozen.
