Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a 1-quart microwaveproof casserole dish, combine water, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Microwave on High power for 2 to 4 minutes or until boiling rapidly. Stir in peaches. Chill.
    Serve over ice cream, cake, pancakes or waffles.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
