Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/8 c. crushed pineapple (optional)
1/4 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together until smooth, then spread over cooled cake.
