Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
3 medium green onions, chopped (including tops)
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Brown ground beef. Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Remove from heat.
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions.
Spread half of noodles in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with cheese mixture and remaining noodles.
Cover with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
