Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten stiff
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Fold and coat pecan halves. Place on cookie sheet. Do not let pecans touch. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
