Arabian Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thick boneless pork chops
2 large onions
4 good size green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
2 large tomatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides.
Place in square pan (9 x 12-inch). On each chop, place a slice of onion, a slice of tomato and a slice of green pepper (the pepper should be cut in half to form a cup). Fill each pepper cup with cooked rice.
Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add 1 cup water before covering with foil and putting in to bake.
