Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    3 shredded carrots
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 stick oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender; cook together carrots, onion, and oleo.
    Mix this with soup and sour cream.
    Add 3/4 cup seasoned croutons and stir in zucchini gently.
    Cover with 1 cup croutons, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
