Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz. pkg.)
    8 oz. Velveeta
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli just until thawed. Meanwhile, melt 1/2 stick margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Set aside. Melt in microwave the Velveeta with remaining margarine. Drain broccoli and squeeze out water. Add Velveeta mixture and broccoli together and place in casserole dish. Top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
