Easy Individual Trifles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pack ladyfingers
    1/4 c. seedless raspberry jam
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 c. milk
    1 (3.4 oz.) pack vanilla instant pudding mix
    whipped cream
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise.
    Spread 1 teaspoon raspberry jam on bottom half of each ladyfinger; cover each with top, cut in half crosswise.
    Arrange 4 filled halves in each serving dish, drizzle each with 1 teaspoon sherry and 1 teaspoon orange juice.
    Combine milk and pudding mix in a 1-quart container; cover tightly; shake 45 seconds.
    Pour over ladyfingers.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, top with whipped cream and almonds.
    Makes 6 servings.
