7-Layer Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. sliced onions
1/2 lb. hamburg
1 can tomato soup
1/2 to 2/3 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown hamburg and drain well.
Layer the hamburg and vegetables in a 2-quart well-greased casserole.
Reverse the layers of vegetables, ending with potatoes.
Season potato and meat layers with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the tomato soup with the water. Pour over top of layers.
Dot with butter.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves approximately 6.
