Stella'S Mystery Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 (3 oz.) can fruit cocktail

Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients.
Add egg, fruit cocktail and vanilla.
Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts over top.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
