Corn Flake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. coconut

Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar and brown sugar; add eggs, then add remaining ingredients.
Roll into walnut size balls. Press with fork.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown around edges.
