Monterey Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. processed Swiss cheese
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. California sherry
1 Tbsp. grated onion
dash of salt
Preparation

Shred cheese and blend with sherry wine.
Add egg, onion, mustard and salt.
Butter bread and spread with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
