Yams-N-Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans drained yams (large cans)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Beat egg whites until forms stiff peak.
In mixer, beat yams until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Pour yam mixture into casserole and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
