Orange Roughy In Orange-Mint Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. orange roughy fillets
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. minced fresh mint leaves
    white pepper
Preparation
    Brush fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with ginger and garlic.
    Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat source, about 5 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork.
