Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. each: salt and baking powder
1 egg, beaten
10 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, cut in halves
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Make a well in the center of this flour mixture; add the egg, orange juice and butter.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
