Granny'S Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    3 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice or orzo pasta
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Put cut pieces of chicken in 3-quarts water.
    Add seasonings. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Remove chicken and cool, then debone. Refrigerate broth until fat coagulates; skim off.
    Dice meat (discard bones).
    Return meat to broth and reheat.
