Chicken Rice Supreme(Serves 75 To 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chickens (20 to 25 lb.), boned
    2 c. lemon juice
    8 lb. cooked rice
    7 medium onions, chopped
    3 bunches celery, chopped
    6 Tbsp. salt
    12 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 gal. mayonnaise (no substitutes)
Preparation
    Bake in large, ungreased baking pans or 9 x 13-inch dishes until golden brown in preheated 350\u00b0 oven (40 to 60 minutes).
