Tuna Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    6 frozen biscuits, thawed and split
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a double boiler or heavy saucepan, place 3 tablespoons margarine over medium heat to melt.
    Stir in flour and reduce heat slightly.
    Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
    Slowly whisk in milk.
    Whisk constantly over low heat until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes.
    Remove from heat and season with garlic salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Set aside.
