Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    pinch of cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for baking soda and popcorn.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Take off stove and add baking soda.
    Put over popcorn and stir to coat well.
    You can add peanuts to popcorn. Pour on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool and break into pieces.
