Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. red pepper
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. buttermilk
3 c. cornmeal
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg. Colby cheese, cut in chunks
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400\u00b0 until done, 25 to 30 minutes.
