Orvis Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Roma tomatoes
    plum tomatoes
    red, green and yellow bell peppers
    chiles
    green onions
    canned green chiles
    cilantro
    parsley
    tequila
    juice of 1 lime
    Durkee hot sauce (red)
    fresh garlic
    red onion
    jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Finely chop half of the ingredients.
    Puree remainder in food processor.
    Combine with chopped ingredients.
    Let sit in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
    Keeps 7 days if refrigerated.
