Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water (105\u00b0).
    Mix together 1 cup water, sugar and eggs, then add yeast mixture, oil, salt and flour.
    Put in a glass greased bowl.
    Cover and let stand in warm place, covered, for 8 hours or overnight.
    Divide in thirds.
    On well floured surface, roll out each third into 12-inch circle.
    Cut with pizza cutter.
    Roll up to form crescents.
    Let rise 4 hours. Bake on greased sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
