Tarragon-Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and pounded thin
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 dashes hot sauce
    2 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute chicken breasts in skillet in 1 teaspoon oil until browned on 1 side.
    Turn over and saute with remaining teaspoon oil.
    Remove from heat and keep warm.
    On low heat in same skillet, add nonfat plain yogurt, Dijon mustard, tarragon, pepper and hot sauce, stirring to combine.
    Add chicken breasts to sauce in skillet and heat all thoroughly.
    Serves 4.
