Reduced Calorie Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked apples
    1 c. apple juice
    2 tsp. apple pie spice
    2 tsp. Knox gelatine
    2 packets sugar substitute
Preparation
    Drain apples and place in diet crust.
    In 1/4 cup apple juice, sprinkle Knox gelatine and let set 1 minute.
    Heat on High in microwave until dissolved about 1 minute.
    Add remaining apple juice to dissolved mixture.
    Stir in spice and sweetener.
    Place over ice water and stir until mixture starts to thicken.
    Pour over apples.
    Chill until firm.
    Nutrient Exchange: 1 fruit.
