Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. hot self-rising meal (yellow)
    1 c. hot self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. oil
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can chopped pimento
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Make sure mixture is not over 1/2 to 5/8 inches thick.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
