Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly. Frost.
