Marinated Sugar Snap Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sugar snap peas, blanched
juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh tarragon leaves
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Serves 6 to 8.
