boneless breast of chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
1 jar apricot jam
1 bottle \"red\" Russian dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
1 can sliced drained water chestnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve over rice.
