Beef Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/4 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/8 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix and shape into long rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Remove Saran Wrap; lay on rack in baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Wrap in paper towels to absorb grease.
    Cool and wrap in foil; refrigerate.
