Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. water
6 c. crumbled corn bread
4 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. turkey or chicken broth
Preparation
-
Cook celery and onion in water in saucepan over low heat until tender; drain.
Combine with corn bread and bread crumbs in bowl. Add eggs, butter, sage, salt and enough broth to make of moist consistency.
