Chinese Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pound Chinese cabbage
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup snow peas or frozen green peas
3 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation

Cut cabbage lengthwise.
Fry cabbage in oil; turn often and cook until tender.\tAdd chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
Add ham, mushrooms, salt, and peas.
Add cornstarch mixture and stir in slowly.\tAdd evaporated milk and butter.
Serve hot.
Serves 8.
