Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless round steak (3/4 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Slice beef across the grain into very thin slices.
    In skillet, over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, stirring often. Set aside.
    In same skillet, combine soup, sour cream and paprika. Return beef and onion to skillet.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over noodles.
    Yields 6 servings.
