Hazel'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cooked squash
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender; drain off all liquid and mash a little.
Pour beaten eggs into milk; mix well.
Add to squash.
Add cheese; mix well.
Pour melted butter into crushed crackers.
Pour 1/2 of cracker crumbs into squash mixture.
Pour squash into a buttered casserole dish.
Add rest of crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
