Raspberry-Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) Jell-O (raspberry)
    3 c. beet juice
    4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice, beet juice and Sure-Jell.
    Bring to boil, then dissolve sugar and Jell-O into mixture.
    Bring to hard boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Skim top.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
