Tomato Soup Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
    2 2/3 c. nuts, cut fine
Preparation
    Combine shortening, sugar, eggs and soup and mix well.
    Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 12 dozen cookies.
