Beef Roulades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thin round steaks
    minced onion
    salt and pepper
    6 strips bacon
    1 pkg. stuffing mix, prepared according to directions
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and minced onion.
    Spread prepared stuffing over steaks, evenly divided.
    Roll up steaks, jelly roll style.
    Wrap one bacon slice around each roulade and fasten with a toothpick.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
